im on fresh rubber around and break at my normal breaking point but bray breaks earlier and it catches me slightly off guard, i think hes broke earlier because of hakes ghosted car i also cant move anywhere because im trapped in by bray and richy. also you'll notice i dont get the move done until after the next corner   i have included the lap after as it shows me still breaking at rougfhly the same spot

With no other POV, it does look like the touch from Qwikded to Harrison does slow Harrison’s momentum to complete the overtake of Qwikded just before the line.

Qwikded appeal comment: We feel the decision to punish Qwikded is harsh based on the following

1. Qwikded keeps the steering straight and it looks like Harrison veered slightly left toward Qwikded. There was no loss of speed from Harrison and no braking applied either

2. And I am quoting a fellow TP and admin Slowdog in that “if we start reprimanding things like this, you will be handing out reprimands to most of the Div 1 drivers and it’s a warning at best”

Qwikded is claiming he didnt deliberately hit my driver to slow his momentum on the start finish straight. As from qwikdeds own POV you can see he drives straight but that is after a left hand corner which means his car comes across the track to the right hitting into my driver. This is a deliberate reactionary move to block my driver. Harrison only turns his wheel slightly right after Qwikded makes first contact and he only does this to keep control of his car. You get hit right you gotta turn left.

In all 3 of these clips theyre are strange warnings for different reasons

(Clip 2 is the main one however)

In clip 1 it is just typical lap 1 trying to avoid and give others space and they gave him a very harsh warning.

Clip 2 literally just makes zero sense he is exiting the pits and for a split second you see warning exceeded track limits.

Clip 3 is strange due to the fact he got a double warning on it and is shown in the race director.

Then on the apex of the corner he slows down again massively causing me to take avoiding actions in tapping my break again and opening out my wheel a tad bit early and I then spin because of his 2nd brakes when he doesn’t need to as he would have made the corner anyway

Very confused by the stewards explanation here, essentially saying they would rather see me have an incident than bail out and avoid a collision. My pov clearly shows that Sander doesn’t leave a cars width for the right hander even though by league rules I am entitled to that space. I would like to say that there has been multiple incidents similar to this irl and the overtaking usually gets penalised.

Vsc is out and at first Richy is driving at a reasonable pace however, based off of Chaz's delta aswell how safety car deltas in this game work in the sense they always want you to go much faster in a straight.

To literally come to a stop on a straight is just outrageous, had this happend in a section of corners i would 100 percent understand but on a straight and considering his delta should be completely fine based off of Chaz's. 

I just dont know how this could be considered valid or safe driving

Track limit rules as follows:

a.        The white lines that define the track edges are considered to be part of the track, but the kerbs are not.

b.        Drivers must make every reasonable effort to stay on the track at all times and may not deliberately leave the track without justifiable reason.

c.        A driver will be judged to have left the track if no part of their car remains in contact with the track.

d.        A driver who has left the track may rejoin it only and only if it is safe to do so, and without gaining an advantage.

e.        If a driver is deemed to have gained an advantage by leaving the track, they must make every effort to give back the whole of any advantage gained.

I have been accused of cheating. My first defence is that the time i gain doesn't even break drs and gains me no real advantage. 2nd, the clips used jump from lap 5 to lap 22 that doesn't show a pattern of behaviour that's 3 individual incidents. Also in the first clip i hit the inside wall which messes with my line and sends me wide. That alone is only 2 incidents. Also a 20 second penalty is an outrageous level of punishment for what is 3 possible track limits violations.

Now im not going to lie this is a very strange one for a few reasons but my main defense here is the fact as the car ahead he is entitled to his 1 defensive move, and most of the the time that outside cars defensive move will be to squeeze the inside car close enough to the wall to the point that they will struggle with the next turn, however doing so in a safe manner of course. Looking at sparrows wheel he was turning right the entire time coming out of the final turn which I feel he has the right to do.

However Rambo just dosent react and keeps driving straight even though he is getting squeezed which then causes the stuck tyre effect which sends them both into the wall. 

Im not asking for a penalty on rambo just possibly wondering if the punishment for this can be looked at again.

Because as i said i feel sparrow is entitled to a slight squeeze whilst not changing his line drastically or out of control, which he didnt do at all.

We accept and understand that Sparrow has had an incident ahead of us. However, whether on track or off, a driver involved in any incident is required to proceed back up to racing speed safely. Being involved in an incident doesnt absolve anyone from being cautious when doing this and they absolutely need to be aware of whats going on around them. At the point he is sliding sideways two white arrows appear on his screen to indicate there are cars nearby. However, Sparrow is back in control of his vehicle as he makes the conscious decision to turn right to try and head back onto the racing line. Scotsman has a right to proceed here and follow the racing line, and he is over as far as he can be with reduced speed for the corner with only natural momentum dragging him across the track, his wheel locked full right. With Sparrow at a reduced speed and off the racing line he should not be looking to rejoin it in this manner.

Here i was just having a bit of racing with Dan Jelly and they have handed me 2 warnings in 1 go the first warning I received driving entirely on the track then the second I did go off track however it was to avoid any unnecessary contact between Dan and myself.

As sent in the screenshot I didnt recieve a single warning for the rest of the race, if these 2 can get removed for me would be very nice as first off the first shouldn't exist then the second was to be completely safe and avoid contact, Thanks.

Here we see Chaz taking advantage of J Jo going deep into this turn and sneak it up the inside, knowing he was playing risky he was completely inside to avoid initial contact.

He then gets a fantastic launch and is ahead of J Jo by the time they hit the little right bend as J Jo is already tire hooking.

He then moves left into Chaz who had his position established giving him damage and then to add insult to injury keeps turning left and just shoves Chaz off as if hes not there and gives him more damage.

MAIN RACE - Going into T1 Tyler is fully alongside Alany yet Alany forces Tyler off the track. This gives Tyler an illegal overtake which he tries to give back by pulling off the racing line and reducing speed, however Alany goes into the back of him which means Tyler gets a 10 second penalty.

Here we see Chaz following very closely behind Bulletwound and has some pace to unleash if he can get by, its all fair defense from bullet wound. Until Chaz clearly sets up a great switch back after the sweeping right hander onto the fast left hander and bullet wound just acts as if Chaz dosent exist. He knows he is there and is just expecting Chaz to dissappear. Just very unnecessary and extremely easy to leave a little space. Nevermind to continue moving right as if hes not there.

We are expecting a ticket to come his way here but I have genuinely never seen a more unfair situation, he has a lightning launch and he cuts across the other side of the track because he has zero indication of anyone being there. Make sure to look at this in full screen to see what I mean. There is zero arrows or even any noise for indication that anyone is there.

I understand you can argue he shouldn't be cutting across the track but if the game was telling the truth and their truly was nobody there I would do the same aswell as most people. Its the safest spot to be.

Its extremely unfortunate for chipmunk and whoever was affected but this is a slam dunk game glitch. And truly believe it would be incredibly harsh to penalize him for a game error.

Despite the impact on Puny Chipmunk as a result of the start of the race, there is no warning for Forensic Narwhal that Puny is on his inside (red arrow) so it is understandable why Forensic did the move he did. No blame can be apportioned to Forensic for this (seems like codies at fault).

We would accept the glitch argument, but wing mirrors are a thing and Puny is large and present in Narwhal's. With this in mind, a sweeping movement across the track at the start of a race, especially a grid like this, is always a risky move. Drivers need to exert increased caution here, not make dramatic sweeping moves and he should be aware that there is a high likelyhood another car is going to move into that space, especially if he is coming from an unsighted position. He had time to slot in behind taz, assess and move again if able to rather than just just go for the whole thing in one go.

c.    At the beginning of a straight, a driver may “break the tow” by moving off-line and getting back onto the racing line once without it being considered as a defensive manoeuvre.

d.    Any driver defending their position on a straight, and before any braking area, may use the full width of the track during their first move providing there is no significant portion of the opposing car alongside them. To clear any doubt, a significant portion of the car is deemed as any part of the front wheel is ahead of the rear axle of the car in front.
