Roc Eskimo hugs the white line on the inside of Curva Grande and Chex had plenty of track to his left in which to use. He decided to stay in close proximity to a car which while turning right but would naturally drift slightly left at the speed they were travelling. Contact was made and both drivers races ruined. I believe this is a racing incident

Greenerz has taken a cautious approach going into turn 1 which he is more than entitled to do and he hasn’t braked massively early or isn’t going at a significant reduced speed. Davie has a clear view of Greenerz and plenty of time to react to this but doesn’t. Instead chooses to brake slightly later than normal and ploughs into the back of Greenerz causing him to spin to the back of the field.

Rule 35i is as follows "Until the restart (i.e. when the leader has got up to speed), drivers are not allowed to go alongside one another". At the point that the cars are side by side, the race leader is back up to speed having crossed the start/finish line ahead of this battle, therefore there is no breach of the rule. In addition, no overtake was completed before the line.
