Finn was off the racing line and moved back towards it thus initiating the contact himself. i was already there and following it. the position should have been conceded

The clip shows race coordinator calling for restart.

Initially asking what happened to snipes who had been DSQd. And then not paying attention driving into back of another car.

Because they received damage they decided to call for a restart and claimed it was carnage.

On my submission it was an inside move which spun a single car. And shouldn’t warrant a 10s penalty.

In multiple races this year. There’s been DNFs, major damage to cars lap 1 and no restart was called. But this one has been.

on Chex's clip he was lagging a bit. And on my clip for defense, he moved under braking before the turn in, which in turn resulted in a collision. I feel it's unfair that the submitter who in his pov is lagging and the defender (me) on his pov, sees submitter broke a rule by moving under braking in a braking zone before the turn for a corner; and the defender is penalized for it

Using both of these definitions, I am sufficiently in a position where I would be classified as ahead. At that point, responsibility on Yadon Chex to make a safe move becomes paramount, or he should back out. Instead he decides to attempt to barge his way through. I had left sufficient room (he didnt have both wheels off the track, he wasnt on grass, he didnt recieve a warning), but I agree that more room could have been left at the following corner. However, Chex's determination to barge his way through (my movement was generally smooth until I had been impacted) put him in that position at that corner unfairly and it was in the end myself that was at detriment as his actions caused me to lose a position to chetty. "

1, I don't take the racing line for Turn 4 as game recommend as I get understeer or snap oversteer each time so I take my line a bit wider cause it's more comfortable. And 2, had I taken the racing line how would they know I'd avoid it or the result would've stayed the same, me getting DNF'd? Cause Finn was still traveling at a slow speed from the spin and I wouldve lost my rear wheel from the collision or had my lap completely ruined.
